6. 2022

   Privacy partnerships

   SpookyGood becomes a Proton partner and a Purism affiliate.

7. April 2024

   Merger with Justice Solutions Group

   SpookyGood merges with JSG, and the firms announce TRFFC, a non-profit Solana project funding anti-trafficking investigators. Kyeson Blake Utley becomes JSG’s CTO.

8. December 10, 2024

   SpookyGood, LLC closes

   The LLC files a certificate of termination with the Texas Secretary of State.

9. 2026

   GhostKey Development

   Kyeson Blake Utley founds GhostKey Development, a Texas security engineering firm.
